The comfortably furnished stone house is situated in a quiet location in the small Dalmatian village of Popovići. It is surrounded by a 2,000 m2 large plot of land with own vineyard and well-kept lawns and offers excellent conditions for a relaxing vacation in private atmosphere.
In addition to a fully equipped summer kitchen with large barbecue fireplace and outdoor dining area, the property offers a private heated swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with sun terrace and sun loungers.
Furthermore, there is a sauna for four persons.
For the little guests there is more than enough space to play and a trampoline is provided too. Shopping facilities, restaurant and beaches can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
The most beautiful city of Northern Dalmatia, Zadar, is about 45 km away and certainly worth a visit. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.
The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord.
Number of dogs allowed: 1. Further details: The house has central heating.
Tablet and WiFi available (free of charge). PlayStation 4 Pro in the living room.
In the spacious garden opposite the house there is a chicken barn where you can serve yourself with freshly laid breakfast eggs.
You can also buy regional specialties such as cheese, bacon and ham from your landlord.
Up to 5 mountain bikes can be rented (5 euros per day per bike). If you want to experience a special adventure, we recommend a canoe or rafting trip on the Zrmanja River, which starts in Kaštel Žegarski, about 20 km away. House for 5-7 persons: approx. 80 m2, one bedroom with double bed and additional single bed, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, living/bedroom with sofa bed (width: 150 cm, length: 180 cm), dining table and kitchenette, air conditioning and fireplace.
Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, gas stove and washbasin, dining table and lovely views of the sparkling sea in the distance. Cancellation policy*: up to the 60th day before travel free cancellation unless otherwise specified from the 59th up to the 15th day before travel 50% from the 14th up to the 1st day before travel 80% on the day of travel 95% *When booking package tours (e.g. flight + apartment), the cancellation conditions from Part A of our General Terms and Conditions shall apply. Excursions available: National Park of the Kornati islands, Paklenica (ideal for those who love free climbing or walks in the uncontaminated nature), waterfalls of the Krka river (where it is possible to swim in summer), National Park Plitvice Lakes. The nature park of Telascica offers to friends of nature the possibility to admire famous salt lakes and the lake "Vrana" with its ornithological reserve. Rafting or canoe trips in the Zrmanja canyon, where the “Winnetou” films were made, ensure a special experience.
Northern Dalmatia for gourmets
The Dalmatian cuisine is greatly influenced by the sea. A special characteristic of this cuisine is fish in all its varieties. Fish 'na gradelama' (on the grill) is grilled above wood, fish 'na leso' is braised in water, oil and wine, seasoned with bay leaves, onions, pepper and salt. 'Brodet' is a type of fish soup or a one-pan dish, which tastes especially well when cooked with small fish. Mussels and scampi are typically the favourite 'na buzaru' seafood - prepared with onions, garlic, parsley, pepper and breadcrumbs. Another Dalmatian speciality, aside from fish, is pasticada - beef braised with vegetables. A coveted starter is air-cured ham, prsut, which is usually served with goat's cheese and olives.
Wines
Red wine is usually produced from the Plavina and Babic grape sorts. The most famous wine from the surroundings is Babic from Primosten, a fantastic dry wine made from grapes grown in parcelled vineyards – sometimes described as one of the greatest testaments of the human fight against the unruly stone. The most important grape sort of the white wines in the region is Debit, a favourite amongst the wine farmers of the inland. According to tradition, this grape is pressed through an especially strenuous mixture into a very exceptional wine – Zutina.

We really enjoyed our stay at house Maslina. The house and the grounds are very beautiful and well-maintained. The pool is large, and there's even a sauna. Für Menschen die Ruhe suchen und abseits des Trubels Urlaub machen wollen, ist das der Perfekte Ort ( schlechte Handyverbindung - aber möglich, kein Internet ) . Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr freundlich und bemüht dem Urlauber einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.
Alles war sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ruhig abseits des Tourismus gelegenes Haus mit traumhaft schönem Garten und Pool. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Pakostane, Biograd und Zadar sind relativ schnell (20-30min.) erreichbar. Am nächsten Strand in Karin ist man mit dem Auto bereits nach 10min..
